LBS Lucknow provides building construction, architectural design, modular interiors, structural retrofitting, factory PEB structures, and civil works services. All detailed terms of service execution, milestones, and specific material grades will be governed by a separate bilateral signed contract for each specific project.
3. Cost Estimates & Pricing
Any construction cost estimates, packaging rates (Economy, Standard, Premium), or brochures provided on this website are for informational and initial estimation purposes only. Final structural pricing is subject to structural layout design, soil quality reports, municipal development charges, and changes in raw material commodity rates (steel, cement, brick).
4. Structural Warranties & Liabilities
All construction works executed by LBS are backed by specific structural warranties defined in individual agreements. Standard municipal clearances, LDA mapping, and RERA approvals must be aligned prior to work commencement in accordance with municipal guidelines. LBS is not liable for structural changes enforced by subsequent changes in zoning laws by local authorities.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand logos, text copy, graphic configurations, floorplans, and photographs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Lucknow Building Solutions Private Limited (or licensed third-party assets) and may not be reproduced, copied, or reused without written consent.
6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any legal claims or disputes arising out of the use of this website or initial service inquiries shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
